- Section the hair into 4 quadrants.

- Base the scalp with Butter Blend base to scalp, hairline, and ears.

- Apply relaxer quickly by taking diagonal subsections (fine enough for thorough saturation) and applying as close to scalp as possible, but not directly on scalp.

- Work product through midlengths and stop at porous ends. Continue working up the head.

- Smooth hair down the length of the subsection and through the ends using the applicator brush. Apply to hairline last.

- Rinse relaxer with warm water for 5-10 minutes

- Apply PerpHecting crème (normalizing conditioner) and work though hair and apply plastic cap, allow to sit for 10 minutes.

- Rinse thoroughly.

- Shampoo with Balancing Hair Bath and rinse with warm water three times

o Shampoo should turn white while lathering; if it turns pink there are still traces of relaxer in the hair.

- Condition with Dry Remedy masque for 5 minutes

- Style hair as desired, but take care for the hair’s fragile state.
