King Tut's tomb is one of the most famous tombs of all time, considering the fact that his tomb is one of the best preserved tombs of all time. What's probably the most striking about the sarcophagus is the mask, made out of solid gold.

King Tut wasn't really a famous Pharaoh at all. He was actually weak, in no way comparable to Ramses II. He was more of a small Pharaoh. He suffered from many things- malaria, crippled leg, and many other things. His rapid death was so sudden, no one had time to make a proper burial. They buried him in a tomb of a noble, and over time, they forgot about tut. And soon, in 1929 he was discovered again.
