Trial and Death

Trial: Hannah's mother was also imprisoned to try to convince Hannah to talk. She wouldn't, and her mother was released. Hannah was tried for treason, and was found guilty on October 28th, 1944.

Death: Hannah was executed by firing squad on November 7th, 1944. She was 23 years old. She was executed before the judges had returned a verdict on her trial. Her remains were not brought back to Israel until 1950.
