Learning Defense

Joining the Haganah: in 1943, Hannah became part of the Hahanah, or Jewish Underground Defence Force. Soon after, she enlisted in the British Army. The Jewish community had pleaded with the British to launch rescue missions, and so the British founded the SOE. This was their form of a special operations unit.
