Descrition:

-a boy in jeans and brown jacket 

-girl in jeans and white jacket with blue shoes

-out in the pouring rain

-both kissing and embracing each other

Analysis:

-contrast: light blues and dark blues

-value:the lightness in the rain falling

-movement: the rain falling from an angle and the girl getting picked up by the boy 

-emphasis on the two people

-positive space: the couple kissing

-negative space: the background and falling rain

Interpretation:

The to people are portraying a lot of love on what looks like a cold raining night. Seems to me that the two people lost their way and now have found each other and are never going to let go.

Judgement:

This painting is different compared to the others that I have seen. The elements and principles of design that the artist used express a interesting feeling. This is one of my favorite paintings because of the way he painted the negative space.
