Organized Government

The Mesopotamians organized government consisted of a few amazing features.  One feature was a code of law that contained 282 laws and was developed by Hammurabi.  Hammurabi was a Babylonian king who conquered many lands.  Another feature is that not only did kings rule lands, so did priests.  There were over twelve city states in ancient Mesopotamia.
