These characters are in both the anime and in all of the games. There are always groups of bad guys who wish to rule/destroy the world. Sometimes even want to make it a better place but there way of doing that isn't what you would expect. In Pokemon x and y, Lasandre wants to destroy the world and make it a new. In the anime, the main bad guys are team rocket and their devices that always seem to backfire. There are 3 team rocket member that are still trying to take Ash's pikachu, because it is very very strong. These 3 members are Jessie, James, and meowth. When you see them, they look like they're about over 20 years old when in reality they are 17! Other bad guy teams include: team magma, team flare, team plasma, team Aqua, and team galactic.
