The contrasting themes and traditions in Classical and Baroque Sculpture

The similarities between both parents and children are seen. While Cathy and Linton have a relationship, it is t at all healthy or accepted, much like the romance between Heathcliff and Catherine.

Significance

The manipulative and dramatic characteristics of Linton can be seen in Heathcliff as well. And with Cathy, we see that determination and rash temper (her pushing down Linton) that was also present in Catherine.
