27. Virgin darker application
-Apply protective cream or oil on guests skin along hairline
1. Section hair into 4 quadrants
2. Outline first quadrant with color (back right)
3. Use tail of brush to take 1/4" subsections
4. Paint color onto scalp area and mid lengths (assess how porous the ends are-if too porous/dry, wait to apply color until halfway into processing time. If not, apply immediately)
5. If hair is longer, place protective foil on neck for hair to rest on
6. Continue taking diagonal subsections until the whole quadrant is covered. Move to back left, the front right and front left, taking vertical subsections
7. If need be, go back through and cover porous ends.
8. Perform a strand test (wipe off small section and hold against a white towel to check color development)
