Description: There are all sorts of trees in the picture. There is a bridge in the middle of the picture. The trees are all types of colors. It looks like there is a river in the back left.
Analysis: The elements of art are color and shape. The principle of design is emphasis. Color is used everywhere throughout this painting. It's a mix of warm and cool colors. The colors all throughout really give this painting life because the colors make me happy unlike a picture that would have dull colors or just in all pencil. Shape is used in this painting in the trees. The whole entire painting is trees. Emphasis is used in the front tree. It's the closest tree and it's the only tree with all the colors on it. It looks like on one half there is all warm colors and on the other it's all cool colors.
Interpretation: All of the color gives a mood of happiness. The mood of happiness is expressed through the color all throughout the picture. It looks like the middle of the day in the picture but it seems like a calm day because there aren't any people in the picture. The colors are very bright and happy unlike a dull picture with grey and brown. A grey and brown picture would make me feel regular not as happy as this painting makes me feel.
Judgement: The close up tree makes me feel kind've drawn in because it gives me a view as if I'm there looking out at all the trees. There are trees close and far away to give a feeling of perspective. The artwork is very interesting but I think the artist could maybe add some animals or people. I feel like it needs something and I think that adding those things might help. It will give it more life.
