William Wordsworth

Romanticism Author

William Wordsworth was a romanticism author born on April 7, 1770 in England. As Wordsworth grew up, he had a keen interest in poetry and went on trip to stay in Paris, Orleans, and Blois. The trip provided him with three prospects; strengthening of understanding of politics, composing the most ambitious poem to date, and fell in love with a French girl; Annette Vallon. Sadly on April 23, 1850, William Wordsworth died in the United Kingdom. A work of William Wordsworth includes "The Prelude."

"The Prelude" is considered romanticism because it has heavy, sappy contents.
