Franz Schubert

Classicism Musician

Franz Schubert was a Classicism musician born on January 31, 1797 in Austria. At age 12, Schubert entered the Imperial Chapel Royal Choir. After 3 years, Schubert went to teach at his fathers school but at age 20, he ventured onto a career as a free lance composer. Some of his works include Lazarus and Ave Maria. Franz Schubert died on November 19, 1828 in Austria.
