Steam Engines

One invention was the steam engine. The first working steam engine was made by Thomas Savery in 1698. The machine power of the steam engine replaced human and animal power. Steam engines transformed economy from local mill and shop foundation to one huge central. The steam engine increased jobs and transportation and made transporting goods easier and more efficiently.
