The NCAA or, the National Collegiate Athletics Association, effects Michaels life mist when he accepts a scholarship to University of Mississippi. the NCAA questions Michaels motives for choosing the school. The NCAA fears that The Tuohys took Michael in for the purpose of having him play for Ole Miss and helping their football team. The NCAA is afraid that other boosters such as the Tuohys, will do this as well to ensure a good season for their favorite college teams.
