Squat Jumps (continued)

This exercise works your glutes as well as your core muscles. To start, stand with your feet spread slightly and parallel to one another. Place your hands behind your head and bend your knees slightly. Bend them more as you prepare to jump, then extend them while still keeping them slightly bent as you jump into the air. Land on both feet as you come down, still in the squat position.
