Single-Leg Squats (Continued)

Stand with one leg out at a 45 degree angle in front of you and your hands level in front of you. Bend the other leg slowly, not letting the bent leg touch the ground and keeping your arms out. Hold this position for a few seconds before coming up again, not letting your leg touch the ground at any point or letting your arms drop. Repeat as desired before switching legs.
