Box Jumps (Continued)

This exercise works the Quadricepts, as well as the Calves and Hamstrings. To start, stand facing a box of a predetermined height with your knees bent slightly. Then bend your knees, at the same time pulling your arms back. Swing your arms forward as you extend your legs to push off from the floor. Keep your legs bent as you go in the air towards the box, and try to land on both feet on the box.
