Force
Forces being acted on...
-Motion.. Friction-- friction is the force that slows down because of the direct contact with the surface.
-Rest.. Gravity-- gravity would be the force acting on a still object because it's the force that pulls everything down.
-Floating/Sinking.. Buoyant-- buoyant would be the force acting I'm this case because there is an increase pressure coming from the fluids that either allow the object to sink or float.
The direction of force is dependent on the amount of pressure used on the force. This varies every time a force is happening to an object.
The amount of force in newtons... Definition NEWTONS- an absolute unit of force.
Balanced forces-
Two forces that are equal on size and are opposite in direction.
Unbalanced forces-
Forces acting upon an object are unequal, or that isn't opposing another force.
