The End Of World War II

The was lots of fierce fighting going on, on the Pacific islands along with large naval battles at sea. Finally after years of fighting, the Allies dropped atomic bombs on two of Japan's cities, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The damage was so bad from the bombs that The Japanese surrendered and World War II had ended.
