Actors of the 1940s and 1950s

The 1940s had showcased an array of talented actors. Some actors are revered in modern times to be the best. Humphrey Bogart is one such example. His early life may be just as interesting as he served in the navy, but that's not what I'm here to talk about. He starred in a total of 28 films in the 1940s alone, and one the best actor academy award for Casablanca. In the following decade he appeared in a total of 16 films, and won two academy awards for best actor. He died in 1957, a year after his last role in the film The Harder they fall. Even today he is acknowledged for both his history, and his talent in the world of acting.
