There is a better way! GRAPHIC NOVEL was released to the App Store last year and does everything the previous two apps can do and more. Pictures, panels and text can all be set up within the app, and better yet, comic filters can be applied as well. In addition, the finished product can be exported as a multi-page PDF for easy sharing to common classroom management systems. However, IT IS A PAID APP.

I still see value in the two step process. It forces students to think about the composition of panels and the storyline before inserting text. I rarely pay for apps, or suggest that my students pay for the, either. With that being said, I would shell out the cash for their one.
