R.C.I.A

-Another way to receive first communion when one is not a child anymore is when they are an adult. They can go through this process with the R.C.I.A (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults). In this program, adults who wish to be fully initiated into the Catholic Church take weekly classes and attend mass weekly. This program helps adults to deepen their faith and are brought into fully communion at the end of their classes. These adults get baptized, confirmed, and receive holy communion for the first Ike all in one mass.
