Ways to Receive the Eucharist

-The most common way now to receive the eucharist is to lay both of your hands out to the Priest.
-Another way to receive communion, mostly in the olden times, was to open your mouth and the priest would lay the eucharist on your tongue.
-Along with this, people used to crouch down on their knees when receiving the eucharist.
