Romeo changes in both a good way and a bad way throughout the story. The bad way is that he became more angry and viscous when Mercutio was killed, that set off a switch in his head and mad him angry and uncontrollable which ended in Tybalt dying. The good way is he became in love more and more which led him to do anything for Juliet.
