Prince Prospero is not a good ruler you would say his kingdom is falling apart because of the Red Death people are dying and what he does is he locks him and his friends in his castle or kingdom so nobody gets sick so that is a selfish ruler. Prince Prospero is a static person because he didn't think twice about trapping his people.

The Red Death is an awful disease that pretty much kills everything so it is a bad thing and it is a static person/thing because it just kills and kills.
