Circuits
A circuit is a complete, closed path through which electric charges flow.
In a circuit the electrons flow out of the negative terminal, through the circuit and into the positive terminal of the source.
A closed circuit means that the charges are flowing or the switch is turned on. An open switch is when the charges cannot flow through, which means the circuit is broken or "off". They both contain a switch .
