Current Day Situation

Currently the arrangements of the newly revised constitution are a mystery. Such as how much autonomy is being allowed in Chechenya; being surrounded by a hierarchical religious system?

How much freedom is Chechen really receiving from the clutch of Russian rule? Chechnya is a area of ignored problems waiting to just arise again.
