What type of exercise is included?
- Even though there is no requirement for exercise while living the Vegan lifestyle, it wouldn't hurt to do a little bit of physical activity once in a while.
- But first, it is important that Vegan's get the nutrition they need before any kind of exercise.
- Cardiovascular Excercise: High-carbohydrate foods fuel the body.
(Bananas, dates, and potatoes are great for energy.)
-Strength-training Excercise: Foods high in protein are needed to build muscle.
( A protein smoothie with berries and soy-milk is perfect for a pre-workout snack.)
