What is Veganism?

- Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes any animal-derived ingredients.

-This means no meats, eggs, or dairy products.

- There are two types of Vegan's:

1. Dietary Vegan's- refrain from consuming animal products such as meat, eggs, dairy products and other animal-derived substances.

2. Ethical Vegan's- Those who not only follow a vegan diet, but extend the vegan philosophy into other areas of their lives, and oppose the use of animals or animal products for any purpose.
