THE SCIENCE OF OREOS

In March 2014, in Austin, Texas, the first Oreo vending machine was put out for public use. The high-tech vending machine uses 3D printing technology to make you a customized Oreo. You choose your flavor(s) by what flavors are trending on twitter. Then, the printer "prints" the cream of your choice onto the cookie. When it's done, your cookie comes out of the slot in a small cup ready for you to eat. The machine is called "Trending and Vending."
