Diagonal Short Layer
With sections 1-4 down, begin to make slight diagonal pick up lines starting on the right side of the head.
- holding hair at 90°, cut diagonally (parallel) to desired length, this becomes your guide
- continue by gathering more diagonal section with bits of the guide to cut to
- when the top of the diagonal part meets with the center part at the crown, begin diagonally cutting from the left side
