This award rewards and recognises the region that demonstrated the best efforts put into creating a collaborative culture for achieving through creating strategic touch points that encouraged the membership between the LCs to exchange innovations and push each other to strive for excellence, delivering more experiences to our society.

These collaborative touchpoint can be either to increase the number of experiences delivered or to directly increase the satisfaction of our programmes.

The region should also be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a good environment for budding LCs that in turn creates more opportunities for young people in the region to have an AIESEC experience.

The initiatives should be aligned with our Generation 2015 behaviours of Purposeful, Collaborative and Action-Oriented. It should also be aligned with the national, regional (AP) as well as global direction of AIESEC.
