Energy
Any circuit which is not complete is considered an open circuit. For example, a circuit connected to a dead battery may not perform any work, but it is still a closed circuit. A circuit is considered to be closed when electricity flows from an energy source to the desired endpoint of the circuit.
In a parallel circuit, there are multiple pathways between the circuit’s beginning and end. A series circuit is a circuit in which there is only one path from the source through all of the loads and back to the source.
Electricity in a closed circuit flows through the circuit and transfers energy to the receiver.
When light encounters transparent materials, almost
all of it passes directly through them. When it
encounters translucent materials, all light goes
through the object. Finally, when light encounters
and opaque object no light can be seen.
