Operation Valkyrie

• Claus Von Stauffenberg planned to deliver a bomb closets Hitler.

• On July 20, 1944, Claus went to a conference room that hitter was in and placed a bomb in a briefcase close to him.

• A couple minutes later, Claus excused himself because he got a "phone call".

• Another Colonel Heinz Brandt found the briefcase and moved it to the other end of the table.

• When the bomb exploded, Hitler escaped with an injured hand and damaged eardrums.
