➡️ -solido cristallino bianco

- molto solubile nell'acqua

- formato da saccarosio puro

- ricavazione da barbabietola e canna da zucchero mediante processi di raffinazione

ZUCCHERO

A VELO

➡️ - zucchero semolato ridottoin polvere fine

- + aroma di vaniglia = zucchero a velo vanigliato

- si scioglie più veloce dello zucchero semolato rendendo gli impasti più fini
