- assorbimento delle maltodestrine con aggiunta d'acqua

- sorseggiare la bevanda anziché berla tutta

- assunzione prima o dopo la gara

Effetti collaterali

- vomito, diarrea, crampi addominali

- aumento di peso (troppi carboidrati convertiti in grassi)
