In the video of Agua Peligrosa, it discusses the pollution of the water and the effects it has on society and it's citizens. In Imperial Beach, it has been contaminated with chemicals and trash, making it unavailable to swimmers and surfers. Five surfers, unaware of the signs, had gone surfing in this contaminated beach, unattentive to the possible outcomes of surfing in these waters. After their day at the beach, they had come up with illness, one of them having serious symptoms of vomiting, fatigue, fevers, and the swelling of the eye. They described the waters of Imperial Beach, saying that the water was very dirty, from their analysis, they could barely see their boards under two feet of water. The doctor came up with the conclusion that Fusium Bacteria, that was contaminated in the water, had caused the swelling of his eye, and his various symptoms. The Pollution of the rivers have made residents blame the people who had renovated their land the result of having barely any or no water.
