Making Coils

How to make your coils:
1.) Place your circle-tipped clay carving tool at the end of your rolled out clay
2.) Keep your tool touching the table and drag towards you. You should end up with a strip of clay.
3.) Score each side of your strip and be sure it is moist
4.) Gently roll your strip inside of itself to resemble a snake, whirlpool, etc.
