How did people die in the Civil War?

During the Civil War, people died from all different stuff, for example: diseases, shootings, bombs, etc. The widows and their children would get extra help, and the necessary things to live, since their husbands died. The dead soldiers, would be placed in a garden, with their coffin, and a plate that would help people remember the good things that the soldier did for the country.
