The mind of America was scattered and the beliefs were flying around. People in the South disagreed for any freedom for the Blacks and other immigrants. A conflict stirred up during the elections.

-began in South Carolina April 12, 1861.

-ended Spring of 1865.

-Majority of Wars were fought in Virginia and Tennessee.
