Peace

This painting by Morris Louis represents peace because it is simple and beautiful. The shapes portrayed in the painting are organic, and don't really follow a particular pattern. No element in the painting is bigger in proportion compared to the others, but some of the darker colors contrast with the lighter ones. The curved lines provide movement and your eye moves from color to color. The picture is symmetrical, but not purposefully so. I think this painting represents peace because it is simple and colorful. The colors could be symbolizing emotions
