Lab Protocol

In this lab, we are testing this osmolarity of a cucumber slice and potato slice in both a saltwater and distiller water solution(s). Two slices of each are used, one cucumber and potato in (separate) Petri dishes full of saltwater, and also one of both vegetables in distilled water. This is to compare the osmolarity of both in a hypotonic and a hypertonic environment.
