Indus Civilization Rises and Falls

Falls:

-Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro are two capitals
- Both large with massive hilltop structure
-Each city had warehouse for storage
- Had plumbing system and uniform unit of measures and weights
-Well organized government
-Grew wide variety of crops
-Many merchants and traders
-Very unique writing system developed

Rises:

-Crude pottery began to replace finer works
-Population began to dramatically decrease
- Scholars don't know for sure what caused a decline but some thing it has to do wit natural disasters, environment, or invaders.
