Getting his Education

Saint Vincent was put into schooling under the teachings of the Franciscan Fathers at Acqs. He showed rapid levels of success when he was selected by a lawyer of the area to teach his kids. In this way, he was able to make money and continue to recieve an education at the University of Toulouse studying theology. In 1600 at the young age of about 20 he was already ordained as a priest. For four more years he continued his studies and continued to teach/tutor others.
