Landslides- A landslide is when large amounts of loose rock or soil move rapidly. Some causes of landslides are earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, storms, clearing the land or freezing and thawing. Trees, homes and cars can be damaged from the effect of landslides. If you are near a landslide, move away from it's path. If you can't curl into a tight ball. This helps protect your head.
