Erosion

Erosion- Erosion is the transport of weathered rock. Weathering and erosion work together to shape land. Water carries sediments into streams and rivers. Water then flows and carries the sediments. Waves can also cause erosion. First, the waves break the rocks apart. The waves then carry rocks to a new place. Another thing that can cause erosion is wind. The wind picks up small pieces of rock, sand and soil. Then the wind carries the rock, sand and soil to new places.
