I am going to eat the correct potions of each food group, for my age, in 21 days. To do this, I am going to use the Canadian food guide to gauge my meals. To make this possible I will add nutritious things to my daily eating routine. I could also make myself an eating schedule. I will know that I have achieved my goal when I feel more awake and energetic. As well as having an improved mood for a prolonged period of time. I know I can achieve my goal because I have access to al, my resources, including; a Canadian food guide, nutritious food and support from my family. I have enough to time and money to achieve my goal. My time frame as I said is 21 days. My reason is it takes 21 days to make a habit, and I would like to make eating healthy a daily routine.
