Day 3+4
Day 3: Today I will add another food group to my meals and try to meat the recommended servings.
Day 3: Today I added proteins to my eating schedule. I didn't eat all of the servings because I started to get over full from eating that much during the day.
Day 4: Today I am not going to eat any junk food. I plan on meeting the three serving sizes that I have chosen.
Day 4 I succeeded in my plan not to eat any junk food. I also succeeded on eating the three food groups and did not over eat which was a success.
