Day 1: I plan to start off by taking an inventory to see what nutritional food we already have and eating the recommended portions of two of the food groups.
Day 1+2
Day 1:I took an inventory and found that we had plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as dairy products. So I decided I would start with them. I ate the recommended servings of dairy, but not produce.
Day 2: To start off day two I will put some things I want to incorporate into my diet on the family grocery list. I will stay with only two of the food groups once again.
Day 2: I started to add different proteins to my grocery list, I also ate both the recommended servings of produce and dairy today. I found that I eat over the span of the day, I am not over full by the end.
