What are you hoping to accomplish?
I am hoping to get the correct amount of servings in each food group everyday so that I can receive the vitamins and nutrients I need.
Why is health area important to you?
It's important to me because, I know I don't get all the nutrients I need during the day. If I follow through with my plan, I will receive all the nutrients I need and hopefully be healthier.
How do you see yourself as a healthy adult if you make this change now?
I see myself keeping up with my vitamin and nutrient intake in the future. Maybe also keeping up with my eating habits and knowing what I should and shouldn't eat.
